Frequently asked questions

When should I order my cake?

Our standard processing time is a week, but we work a bit differently! You actually get to select a delivery date during checkout, and we won't bake and ship your cake until just the right time.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?

Your cake will stay fresh for 2-3 days after delivery, but to extend freshness further, feel free to remove the packing material and place it in the refrigertor for up to 5 days, or up to a month in the freezer.

Can I eat my dog's cake and treats?

While we do bake with human grade ingredients, and you *could* eat them, we certainly don't recommend it. We don't bake to human tastes, and your dog will likely give you dirty looks!

Which size should I order?

Our 4" cake is a great choice for smaller dogs, and serves up to 6 small dogs, 4 medium or 2 large.

Our 5" cake is perfect for larger pups or parties. It will feed up to 12 small dogs, 8 medium, or 4 large.

This is meant only a guide, but we find it helps to think in terms of human cake. A 9" cake feeds about 12 adult humans. So even a 4" cake is easily shared in slices by your pup! The cakes are meant as a treat, and not a meal replacement.

Don't forget to freeze any leftovers to keep the party going!
